1 Who we are

Thailand Ready is operated by Revenue Studio Company Limited, a company registered in Thailand. In this policy, "Thailand Ready", "we" and "us" mean Revenue Studio Company Limited.

Revenue Studio Company Limited is the data controller for the information Thailand Ready collects and uses for its own purposes, unless a specific service agreement says otherwise.

2 Information we collect

What we collect depends on what you do. You can read our guides without telling us who you are.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number
• the planning topics you select
• your message, if you write one
• a record that you confirmed you had read this policy, with the date, time and version
• how you reached the form, where that is available

Orders

When you buy a product or service, we collect:

• your contact details
• what you bought, and when
• the payment status and transaction references
• any refund records
• the versions of the terms and policies you accepted

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. They handle your card or account details under their own terms and privacy policies.

Assessments and reports

When you complete an assessment, we collect:

• your answers
• health-related answers, where the assessment asks for them
• answers about your finances, lifestyle and plans
• the report or result generated from them

Health-related information is sensitive. Where an assessment needs it, we explain why at that point, ask only for what is needed, and ask for your explicit consent where the law requires it.

Financial planning service

If you buy the personalised financial planning service, you choose what to share with us. This may include information about your:

• income and expenses
• assets and liabilities
• investments and pension
• housing
• healthcare costs
• family circumstances
• long-term goals

Technical information

When you use the site, we may collect:

• your IP address
• device and browser information
• the page or source that referred you
• cookies
• analytics identifiers, if you allow analytics cookies
• advertising identifiers, if you allow advertising cookies

Marketing

If you choose to receive updates, we keep your email address, a record of your consent, and your subscription and unsubscribe history.

3 How we use information

We use information to:

• reply to your enquiry
• provide the product or service you have bought, including generating and sending your report
• take payment and handle refunds
• keep the site secure and prevent fraud
• understand and improve how the site works, where you allow analytics
• measure our advertising, where you allow advertising cookies
• send updates, where you have asked for them
• meet our legal and accounting obligations

4 Legal bases

Privacy laws differ between countries. Where the law that applies to you requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of these:

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.

The same legal basis does not apply in exactly the same way everywhere. Which one applies depends on where you live and on what we are doing with the information.

We use other companies to run the site and deliver our services. They handle information for us, or as independent providers under their own terms.

We may update this policy if we introduce additional payment, analytics, advertising or other service providers.

If you ask us to introduce you to a partner, we tell you who would receive your details and ask your permission at that point. For an insurance introduction to Ravipas, we pass on only your name and email address — never health information, report or assessment answers, insurance preferences, or budget or profiling answers. The recipient may then handle your information in their own capacity, under their own privacy notice and terms.

6 International processing

Thailand Ready serves customers in many countries, and our providers operate internationally. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we apply them.

7 How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Enquiries

For as long as reasonably needed to reply and to manage our relationship with you.

Assessment answers and reports

Deleted from our active systems within 24 hours of successful delivery. See below.

Financial planning service

For as long as needed to deliver the service you bought.

Orders, payments and refunds

For as long as accounting, tax and business-record rules require.

Marketing

Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We then keep a minimal record so that we do not email you again.

Consent records

For as long as needed to show what you agreed to.

Assessments and reports

When you complete an assessment, your result is shown on the website straight away and emailed to you. Thailand Ready does not keep a long-term archive of reports or an account history, so please keep the emailed copy.

For up to 24 hours after successful delivery, we keep your answers and the generated report so that we can resend the email or fix a delivery problem. After that, they are deleted from our active systems.

The copy we email to you stays in your own mailbox, with your email provider. Limited copies may also remain for a time in our backups, security records and technical logs. Order, consent and accounting records are kept separately where the law requires.

8 Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it. No website or method of sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what information we hold about you, and receive a copy
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• object to, or restrict, certain uses
• withdraw consent
• complain to your local data protection authority

To make a request, write to hello@thailandready.com. We may need to check your identity before we act.

People in some places, including certain US states, may have additional rights under local law. Where those laws apply to us, we will honour them.

10 Cookies and tracking

We use necessary cookies to make the site work. Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off until you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time in Cookie settings. The Cookie Policy explains more.

11 Marketing choices

We send occasional updates by email only if you have ticked the separate box asking to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to hello@thailandready.com.

12 Children

Thailand Ready is for adults. Our products and services are available only to people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The dates at the top of the page show when it took effect and when it last changed.
