1 Who we are

Thailand Ready is operated by Revenue Studio Company Limited, a company registered in Thailand under registration number 0115569032249. Revenue Studio Company Limited is the seller of Thailand Ready products and services.

In these terms, "Thailand Ready", "we" and "us" mean Revenue Studio Company Limited.

2 Agreeing to these terms

By using the website, or by buying a product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3 Who can use Thailand Ready

You must be at least 18 years old.

We welcome customers from many countries. Some products, services or suggestions may not be available or suitable everywhere, and we may limit or decline a product or service where the law requires it.

4 General information

The guides, articles and tools on the website are general information to help you plan. They are not written for your personal circumstances.

5 Our products and services

Assessments and digital reports

An assessment asks you questions and produces a result or report from your answers. Your result is shown on the website as soon as it is ready and is also emailed to you. We do not keep a long-term archive of reports, so please keep the emailed copy.

The Navigator is a digital report of research-based healthcare cost and premium ranges for your age. Its price is US$149.

Personalised financial planning service

This is a personal planning service, priced at US$990 and delivered by Ravipas Chaloenchansa, CFA, CFP®. What it includes, and what it does not, is set out in the Financial Disclosure.

Other products

We may add other products. Their price, and any terms specific to them, are shown before you buy.

6 Information you give us

Our reports and services are based on what you tell us. Please make sure it is accurate and complete, because the result depends on it.

Buying a report or a service does not guarantee a particular outcome. Rules, prices and product terms change over time, and for a regulated product from someone else, the documents of the government body, insurer or provider concerned are what finally apply.

7 Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless we say otherwise. The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply to your transaction, and their processing times, and your bank’s, may vary.

Revenue Studio Company Limited remains the seller.

8 Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9 Accounts and access

Thailand Ready does not currently ask you to create an account. If accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

10 Intellectual property

The content, design and materials on the website and in our reports belong to Revenue Studio Company Limited, or to those who have licensed them to us. You may use them for your own personal planning. Please do not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

11 Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the website unlawfully
• try to disrupt it, or to gain access you are not entitled to
• copy or collect content by automated means without permission
• misrepresent who you are, or submit information about someone else without their agreement

12 Third-party services, affiliate and referral links

The website links to services run by other organisations. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Some links are affiliate or referral links, and we may be paid if you buy or sign up through them. We say so near the link. See How We Make Money and the Affiliate Disclosure.

13 Professional scope

Our personalised financial planning service is financial planning. It does not provide personalised securities recommendations, portfolio strategy, securities dealing, custody or discretionary investment management, and it does not include personal legal or tax advice. The Financial Disclosure sets out the scope in full.

Thailand Ready is not an insurer, does not underwrite insurance, and is not licensed as an insurance agent or broker. It does not sell, recommend or arrange insurance. See the Insurance Disclosure.

14 Disclaimers

We take care over what we publish. We do not promise that the website will always be available, or that every piece of information is complete, current or free from error. To the extent the law allows, the website is provided as it is.

15 Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that result from decisions you make using general information on the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

16 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the website or to a service if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where the law requires it. If you have paid for something we then cannot provide, the Refund Policy applies.

17 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The dates at the top of the page show when they took effect and when they last changed. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.

18 Governing law and your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Thailand, where the law permits.
