Refund Policy

1 What this policy covers

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Thailand Ready. The seller is Revenue Studio Company Limited.

2 Navigator (US$149): 30-day money-back guarantee

The Navigator comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

This applies:

• for any reason
• even if your Navigator report has already been generated
• even if it has already been viewed or delivered

People use the Navigator to think through important, long-term decisions. We want you to feel safe trying it.

3 Personalised financial planning service (US$990)

The first 7 days

You can ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

After 7 days

After the first 7 days, we generally do not offer a voluntary refund. By then, substantial work prepared for you personally may have begun, such as:

• reviewing the information you have given us
• organising your financial circumstances
• researching issues that are relevant to you
• analysing long-term planning considerations
• preparing your individual planning work

The rights the law gives you still apply after the first 7 days. So do the situations described in section 5.

4 Other digital products

Future products may have their own refund terms. Where those differ from this policy, they will be shown clearly before you buy.

5 Duplicate charges, payment errors and non-delivery

Whatever you bought, and whenever you ask, please contact us if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase
• there was a payment error
• we are unable to deliver the product or service you bought

We will correct the charge or refund you, as appropriate.

6 How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@thailandready.com and tell us:

• your name
• the email address used for the purchase
• what you bought, and when

You do not need to give a reason for a refund requested within the periods above.

7 How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method where practical. How long the money takes to appear depends on your payment provider and your bank, and can vary.

8 Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country and cannot be waived.

9 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The dates at the top of the page show when it took effect and when it last changed. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
